Personal Information       

Through the use of surveys and feedback forms, IDEAS collects the personal information of any participating individual.  This information does not extend beyond a person’s name, address, age, email, or phone number, and it may be used to conduct studies and deliver services.  We also use such contact information to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.  IDEAS DOES NOT SELL ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER BUSINESSES OR AGENCIES.

Cookies

We also gather information using small text files called “cookies.”  Cookies contain unique, randomly selected alphanumeric tags, and they are placed on a user’s computer hard drive when he / she accesses a given web page.  Data such as the IP Address, browser type, and operating system are stored in each cookie.  We use this information to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web site.  Your IP address is used to gather broad demographic information.

We use an outside ad company to display ads on our site, and these ads may contain cookies.  While we use cookies in other parts of our website, cookies received with banner ads are collected by our ad company, and we do not have access to this information.  Some customer data is shared with the advertising companies.

Certain IDEAS sites are powered by Mapparatus (patent pending) software.  Since this software was developed by (and is exclusively used by) IDEAS itself, all personal information submitted to these sites remains within the IDEAS database.

Your Privacy Choices

IDEAS sites provide its users with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us at the point where we request information from the visitor.  You can send an email to privacy@ideas-inc.com if you want to remove your information from our database (if you do not want to receive future communications or you no longer desire to receive our service).
